He serves as the President and CEO of 1K Africa and the Chairman of Family Legacy Capital and FLC Credit Partners.

Mr. Jordaan has presented at leading global conferences on private equity, investment, mergers and acquisitions, family wealth and impact investing, and has spoken at venues including the Wharton School, TBLI Zurich, Super Returns Africa, Family Office Exchange, Young Presidents Organization, DC Finance, and the Family Wealth Alliance. He has been featured in some of the world’s top media outlets including the Financial Times, Bloomberg, CNBC Africa, The Wall Street Journal and others.
Mr. Jordaan also founded The South Africa Committee of One Hundred, Inc., a nonprofit corporation formed to support, inter alia, first generation South Africans in the United States and other countries and to promote cultural exchange between the Republic of South Africa and other countries.
Born and raised in the Republic of South Africa, Mr. Jordaan received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of The International Lawyer, one of the world’s most widely circulated legal periodicals at the time. Prior to law school, Mr. Jordaan attended Southern Methodist University on a full tuition scholarship where he captained the varsity tennis team for two years.
